Assessing mobility within the body through Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and Joint mobility allows normal patterns to return. Jason graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2007. He has spent the past 10 years working within the private clinical setting, and has gained vast experience in treating a variety of conditions and injuries.

Jason bases his practice on the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) by Diane Lee. With this approach he evaluates the relationship between the articular, visceral, myofascial and neural systems and how they relate and effect one another.

The receipt the client will receive will be in the name of my Supervisor, who is a Registered Psychotherapist in the Province of Ontario.

Dr. Jola Sikorski, ND is an Ontario Registered Naturopathic Doctor with a focus on perinatal and hormonal health, children’s health, digestive disorders, and mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression.

Dr. Jola believes in a patient-centered, collaborative approach to healthcare for both acute and chronic concerns using lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine and nutritional support, and acupuncture and she holds an additional license in Therapeutic Prescribing Rights which allows access to prescription hormones and high-dose nutrients. Jennifer’s approach to treatment is beyond symptom relief as the symptom is often the end result of the dysfunction. She addresses postural alignment, muscle imbalances/weaknesses, fascial restriction, cranial dysfunctions, emotional trauma and joint function with the use of Manual Osteopathic Modalities.

Adult Inital Assessment

The average wait for an Adult Initial Assessment is approximately 3 months. To shorten your wait, please add yourself to the wait list as cancellations do occur. This is often the speediest way to be seen. It is suggested due to the busyness of her practice that you schedule TWO follow-up appointments (30-45min) at approximately 2 week intervals. You may call to book if you would prefer.

Infant/Child Inital Assessment

For Infants/Child Assessments please call the clinic at 613-706-2811 directly. There are appointments reserved for children that do not appear on the online schedule. When scheduling the initial assessment, please schedule TWO follow-up appointments (30min) at approximately 1-2 week intervals. If more or less are needed, the schedule will be adjusted. You can also add yourself to the wait list after as this is also the quickest way into Jennifer’s schedule.
