Jennifer’s approach to treatment is beyond symptom relief as the symptom is often the end result of the dysfunction. She addresses postural alignment, muscle imbalances/weaknesses, fascial restriction, cranial dysfunctions, emotional trauma and joint function with the use of Manual Osteopathic Modalities.

Adult Inital Assessment

The average wait for an Adult Initial Assessment is approximately 3 months. To shorten your wait, please add yourself to the wait list as cancellations do occur. This is often the speediest way to be seen. It is suggested due to the busyness of her practice that you schedule TWO follow-up appointments (30-45min) at approximately 2 week intervals. You may call to book if you would prefer.

Infant/Child Inital Assessment

For Infants/Child Assessments please call the clinic at 613-706-2811 directly. There are appointments reserved for children that do not appear on the online schedule. When scheduling the initial assessment, please schedule TWO follow-up appointments (30min) at approximately 1-2 week intervals. If more or less are needed, the schedule will be adjusted. You can also add yourself to the wait list after as this is also the quickest way into Jennifer’s schedule.

Rita has been supporting families in Ottawa, by facilitating playgroups, parenting workshops, and one on one support for over 20 years. She has always been passionate about empowering families. She also met many families in the community by facilitating Infant Massage and Preschool Yoga at the Park during the pandemic!

In October 2022 she experienced a breathwork session and soon discovered the impact this healing modality can have in our lives. From stress relief, to emotional release, to coping with anxiety; we have it in us to self-heal. The benefits were too good for her not to want to share with the world!
